• Sunshine Coast Sailboards shall not be liable for any consequential damages or injury that may result from the use or misuse of the information, media or products on this site.  If you are not competent in the use of the product you ordered, please obtain professional instruction, contact us and we will assist you.  Please visit our lessons page for more information.

• You agree that we may hold your details you entered into our site for the purpose of completing your order, or to contact you regarding your dealings with us.  Please also see our Privacy Policy.

• Most products you buy are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty.  This usually applies to manufacturing faults only, excluding normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturers documentation for more infomation.  For peace of mind, products purchased from sunshinecoastsailboards.com.au can be returned (at the buyers expense) for a shop credit or exchange.  Goods must be returned in new condition and within 7 days of receipt.

• Unauthorised or commercial use of the content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the sunshine coast sailboards site is prohibited.  If you wish to link to somewhere in our site other than our homepage, then please ask our permission first.

• In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, for example; if we accidently listed a $800 sailboard for $80, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
